N.S.Q FZE, trading as NSQ Global ("NSQ Global", "we", "us"), is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. This policy applies to NSQ Global websites, messaging channels, social-platform integrations and related services that link to it.
Information we process
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- contact and profile information, such as your name, telephone number, email address and public social-platform profile details;
- messages and attachments you send to NSQ Global, together with message identifiers, timestamps and delivery or read status;
- your choices and interactions with links, buttons, forms and automated workflows;
- technical and usage information needed to operate, secure and improve our services; and
- information you provide when requesting support, information or services.
How we use information
We use personal data to communicate with you; respond to requests; deliver and improve our services; operate requested automations; maintain security and prevent misuse; comply with law; and keep appropriate business records. We do not sell personal data.
Messaging and Meta services
When you contact NSQ Global through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or Threads, the relevant Meta service also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. We may use Meta APIs and approved service providers to receive messages, send requested or permitted communications, present interactive options and record delivery events.
Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, performance of a contract or steps you request before a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating secure and useful services. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Sharing and international processing
We may share information with infrastructure, communications, analytics and professional-service providers that process it for us under appropriate safeguards. These providers may operate in countries other than yours. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a lawful corporate transaction.
Retention and security

Children
NSQ Global services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate authorization.
