Request instructions

You may ask N.S.Q FZE, trading as NSQ Global, to delete personal data associated with your use of our websites, messaging channels or Meta integrations.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@nsq.global with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Identify the channel or service you used and provide the email address, telephone number or social-platform account associated with your request.
3. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or identity documents unless we specifically request information needed to verify your request through a secure channel.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request, take reasonable steps to verify that you control the relevant account, and delete or anonymize eligible data. We may retain limited information where required by law, for security and fraud prevention, or to establish or defend legal claims. We will explain any applicable exception in our response.

Meta account controls

Deleting data held by NSQ Global does not delete information independently held by Meta. Use the account and privacy controls supplied by Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger or Threads for data controlled by those services.
